Each of us has an unlimited capacity to experience life with an abundance of love, joy and pleasure. This is inherent to our nature. Each day, wonderful, exciting and beautiful moments occur; however, we often miss the bountiful gifts that are right before our eyes.

Life to many has become a struggle. We have a tendency to look at what is wrong and not working. Beautiful qualities in ourselves have often been silenced and sacrificed in order to feel accepted by our family, friends and colleagues. It is no wonder why so many of us feel frustrated, alone, depressed, and unfulfilled, with a gnawing sense that something is missing. We have separated from our essence.

As we reconnect to essence our lives take on new meaning and purpose; much of our pain and suffering is transcended. With this shift in consciousness we can experience life with an abundance of love, light and joy!
