A Three Day Transformational Retreat

In this retreat you’ll have the opportunity to recognize your soul’s intent and be lovingly supported to actualize more of your path and purpose. Through the use of inspirational exercises, shamanic group healings, ceremonies, and lots of play you’ll release outdated patterns, remove blocks and obstacles and heal wounds that inhibit you from having a passionate, fulfilled and enchanted life!

Each day begins with yoga and meditation. After a morning of ceremony, healing and lot's of clearing you’ll have time to kick back, and relax. Later into the night we’ll continue our journey with creative expression, chanting and movement.

Be Your Beloved

Imagine being in love with your Self as if you were your own beloved.

In this retreat you’ll fall in love with yourself. Through the use of inspirational exercises, group healings and lots of play you’ll have the opportunity to enter into sublime states of love, become your best friend, and learn how to truly live from your heart. Each day begins with yoga and meditation. After a morning of lots of nurturing, tender self-partnering and transformation, you’ll have time to kick back, take a swim and relax. Later in the afternoon and evening we’ll deepen our sacred journey with soulful contact, dance and chanting.
